Telehealth
Online Therapy
Due to the current world we live in, BBT now offers telehealth for individual sessions, in place of in person for those who are interested. Not only is it safe, it is also a more convenient option for the guardian (no need to taxi your child around to appointments!) Telehealth is just as effective and confidential as in person therapy. If your child has access to a device where they can access video and mic, they are able to engage in telehealth. If you see your teen enjoying therapy more from the comfort of their own room, behind a screen, this may be a great option for him or her. Sessions are 50 minutes.
Any areas of treatment that are targeted in in person session are also treatable on telehealth. This way of therapy has become especially common in teens over the years.

School Consultation
Advocacy
Interested in having an ongoing collaboration with an outside source (i.e., a teacher, psychiatrist, doctor, mentor)? Here at BBT we can provide that ongoing linkage and collaboration for communication and effective treatment. Please inquire about these services and pricing if interested in learning more.
Parenting Zoom Sessions
Have you been looking for some extra help with your child who is struggling with behaviors, or is just "not listening" no matter "what you try"? Consider a few sessions via zoom to discuss, learn and make a plan for the future. You are not alone if you feel you have tried gentle parenting, (as well as every other strategy under the sun) and it just hasnt worked. My take is a little bit of a few different styles, but mostly it is grounded in having YOU be the parent, just using some skills that are sure to work. We will go over strategies, brainstorm new ideas, and come up with helpful tips and tricks. Click below to reach out today about parenting sessions. I look forward to chatting and helping your family manage these very difficult, frustrating times together.
